</aside>
Each month, we bring together 3 professors from vastly different fields and 5 undergraduate students to engage in an interdisciplinary conversation unlikely to happen anywhere else at Penn.
Franklin Dinners are jointly administered by Office of New Student Orientation & Academic Initiatives and SNF Paideia Program.
Our initiative embodies the spirit of Ben Franklin, who founded Penn and was a writer, scientist, inventor, statesman, diplomat, printer, publisher, and political philosopher. We believe that the hallmark of a successful Penn education should be the ability to integrate knowledge from different disciplines. Franklin Dinners bears his name and was created to advance the goals of a successful Penn education.
